As we grow, we’re looking for a skilled Production Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to get the job done — the right way.
What You’ll Do:
As our Production Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day construction operations — ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. You’ll split your time between the field (70%) and the office (30%), managing schedules, coordinating crews, and problem-solving in real time.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise multiple remodeling and construction projects simultaneously

Monitor and maintain production schedules and timelines

Perform job costing and track budgets to ensure profitability

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews

Perform regular quality control inspections

Resolve job site issues quickly and efficiently

Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and leadership

Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on all sites
What You Bring:

Strong construction and remodeling knowledge — you’ve been in the trenches

Proven experience in production management or construction supervision

Understanding of job costing, estimating, and budgeting

We’re growing fast and seeking an A-Player who thrives in a high-performance, relationship-driven environment.
Position Overview
The Sales & Design Representative will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and developing conceptual designs that align with client goals and project budgets. This individual will act as the first point of contact for potential clients—a true hunter, prospector, and closer—who can turn leads into long-term partnerships.
You’ll combine your design sensibility with sales expertise to create compelling project concepts, close deals, and nurture an expanding book of business.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect & Qualify: Proactively identify, pursue, and qualify new design-build opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

Client Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by listening to their needs, presenting creative solutions, and guiding them through the design-build process.

Design Development: Use Chief Architect or similar design software to create conceptual designs, space plans, and visual presentations that communicate project vision and value.

Sales Process Management: Lead clients through the full sales cycle—from initial contact to signed design agreement and construction contract.

CRM Mastery: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and pipeline data in the CRM system; utilize CRM tools for follow-up, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Collaboration: Work closely with the office staff and production teams to ensure project feasibility, design intent, and client satisfaction.

Market Development: Build a strong book of business by establishing referral partnerships and developing community and industry connections.
Qualifications
-
Proven experience in sales within the construction, remodeling, or design-build industry (3+ years preferred).

Proficiency in Chief Architect (or similar design software) required.

Demonstrated ability to prospect, pitch, and close high-value projects.

Strong understanding of CRM best practices (HubSpot, Salesforce, Buildertrend, or similar).

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Highly motivated, self-driven, and organized with an “A-Player” mindset.

Ability to balance creativity with business acumen and technical understanding.
