The steps are simple and easy
You Refer
The age old phrase "It's not what you know, its who you know" has never been more true. You might be a plumbing or AC company, a realtor or another home services business. You might even be another remodeling company that doesn't work in our area or doesn't do what we do. No matter what the situation all you have to do is be willing to refer us to your network or friends and we can start your journey as a referral partner for H4U Construction.
We Plan, Design & Sell The Job
Our design and sales team will take it from here. Designing their new space and picking out all of the finishes and colors can be the most fun of this journey. It can also be overwhelming... Don't worry, we have your referral covered. Our design team knows the latest trends, will talk them through their choices and guide them to stay on budget. We also provide them with 3D renderings so they can see for themselves exactly what their amazing new space will look like before we even start building! Once the planning and designing is done, we will sign a construction agreement and prepare to start the project
You get Paid
After the construction contract is signed and we receive a downpayment, you will be eligible to get paid up to 3% of the total contract value. We pay our referral partners every 30 days for all the referrals they have sent in that period that have turned into sold projects. Whether you are an individual or a business we are grateful for your referrals and happy to continue to reward you for alway thinking of us when it comes to remodeling or building projects you come across.
We Build!!
During our Build Phase, everything falls into place. Our skilled crews will transform all the planning and design into a reality! With meticulous precision and a focus on every detail, we will either build or remodel their space, providing the luxury or additional square footage They've always desired. While construction can be messy and full of surprises, we take pride in minimizing excessive change orders and complications by thoroughly addressing the details during our Planning and Design phases. All they have to do is sit back and get ready to enjoy their beautiful new space.
The result is consistent! Your referral has a frictionless experience where we eliminate the stress of remodeling giving them the home they have always wanted, and you earn income for yourself or your business.
